Terms & Conditions:

1. The company will not be liable for any article sent by consignor which is prohibited by law of carriage.

2. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage due to improper packing,

3. Goods of hazardous nature which are expressly Prohibited by Railway / Airport Authority or any other transport agency shall not be accepted.

4. Company shall not be liable to any loss arising due to confiscation of goods by any Government or local authority.

5. Consignors are advised to insure the parcel containing valuables.

6. Our liability in case of any loss or damage shall not exceed Rs. 200/-

7. The company shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to the causes beyond its control such as floods, accidents, fire, theft, war, etc.

8. Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery schedule, but it may be delay in the circumstances beyond our control.

9. Octroi or any other charges levied by the Central / State / Local authorities wherever applicable shall e extra and payable by the consignor.

10. For packets, weighing very little but occupying abnormal area additional charges will be levied.

11. We will also not be liable for any loss, misdelivery, delay or damage to ant article/ things/ documents sent through us and no officer of the company is liable for any such loss or misdelivery, delay or damage except to the extent mentioned at Sr. No. 5 above.

12. The company has the right but not the obligation, to inspect any shipment, including, without limitation opening the shipment.

13. All matter of business to be settled within Bombay jurisdiction only.

14. We do not carry cash, jewellery, precious metals, contraband, etc.

15. Our rates are for each article unless stated otherwise.

16. Service tax 8% will be charged separately.

17. Cumulative bill will be prepared for maximum span of 15 days.

18. Transit tie is applicable from getway station and subject to clearance from custom. No deliveries on Holidays and Sundays.
